This is the place were you will find all of the rules and regulations.

Fans will be able to nominate and vote for their favorite players, and the media panel from major media markets as well as coaches from across the state will be nominating and voting for the outstanding players.  The fans, the media, and the coaches will each represent 1/3 of the vote.

The nomination process is open to all high school football players in Pennsylvania.  Players will be nominated by fans, media, and coaches via website voting.  The results will be listed on the web site with their votes being displayed and tabulated.  The deadline for the nominations will be December 1st, 2012.  MRPAFOOTBALL.com will provide voting rules and publish the results after each time line listed below.  The following will be the selection process time line:
